Mail Queue
If, for any number of reasons, your mail server is unreachable our mail queue will hold all incoming mail until your server is back online. This prevents those dreaded bounced emails that just are not a welcome sight. Once your server is back online all mail gets sent and the sender never knows the deference. Just $24 annually with a one-time $25 setup fee.
Simple Site Failover
The simple fact is that through no fault of anyone's Websites will experience some downtime for a variety of reasons. When this happens visitors to your site will see the "Cannot find server or DNS Error" message. This isn't what you want to happen as some might think you're out of business and never come back. Not to mention that this could cause a small angst attack to your current customers. This service also includes complete DNS Management.
With our Simple Failover Service should your site go offline, visitors will be redirected to a page that posts your message, your Web form or any other information. This way they know that you are experiencing temporary technical difficulties and will be comfortable in knowing that in short order your site will be back online.
This service is just $24.00 annually with a one-time setup fee of $25 and includes 500MB of Web space for your failover site. The failover site is, of course, situated on a remote server in a geographically separate location; this is the required prerequisite of a failover system.

What is DNS
The Domain Name System (DNS) is a distributed internet directory service. DNS is used mostly to translate between domain names and IP addresses, and to control email delivery. Most internet services rely on DNS to work. If DNS fails or is too slow, web sites cannot be located and email delivery stalls.
